American Armor Gloves is hiring its first VA Regional Sales Representatives to build out a dedicated sales function for VA healthcare accounts. This is a new sales team, not a new company — AAG has spent years developing the manufacturing capacity, quality systems, and early government relationships this role is built to take advantage of.
The Opportunity
This is a new role, but it isn't a cold start. AAG has already done much of the groundwork required to sell into government and VA healthcare: compliant manufacturing, a quality system built for regulated buyers, and early relationships with VA stakeholders. What hasn't existed until now is a dedicated sales representative to develop that opportunity fully within an assigned VA region. You'll be one of the first five or six people to hold this role, working from an established foundation rather than starting from nothing.
What You'll Own
- Sales development and account management for VA facilities, CBOCs, and healthcare systems within your assigned region.
- Relationships with the people who make purchasing decisions — Chiefs of Logistics, procurement leads, and clinical stakeholders.
- A territory pipeline you build and manage yourself, from first contact through closed business, navigating VA purchasing processes along the way.
- Ongoing account growth, including new facility penetration and deeper relationships within your region.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Government or VA sales experience — required. You should already understand how these purchasing processes work.
- Existing relationships within VA healthcare systems — preferred. It's a specific, relationship-driven network, and prior experience in it shortens the learning curve.
- Comfort managing a defined territory independently, with real ownership over how you prioritize and run it.
- Strong follow-through and CRM discipline, since accurate pipeline and forecast tracking is a core part of the role, not an afterthought.
Compensation & Growth
Base salary plus commission, structured to be competitive with current market data for government and federal healthcare sales roles, with uncapped upside as your territory develops. As AAG's government sales team grows, there is a defined path forward — into senior territory roles, national account management, and eventually broader federal healthcare opportunities beyond the VA.

Regional Sales Representative Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a regional sales representative in Florida?
Most regional sales representative roles in Florida require a bachelor's degree and prior sales or industry experience rather than a state-issued license. Exceptions exist in regulated verticals: reps selling insurance products must hold a Florida Department of Financial Services license, and those selling pharmaceutical samples to licensed practitioners typically need employer-sponsored compliance training. Outside those areas, employers focus on industry knowledge, a clean driving record, and a verifiable history of meeting sales goals in a defined territory.
Which companies hire regional sales representatives in Florida?
Companies currently hiring regional sales representatives in Florida include Wayfair, Nephron nitrile, and Miami water and air, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's concentration of healthcare systems, hospitality groups, and distribution hubs means demand is especially consistent among medical device manufacturers, foodservice distributors, and technology resellers with Gulf and Atlantic Coast territories.
Which Florida cities have the most regional sales representative jobs?
The cities with the most regional sales representative openings in Florida are Miami, Tampa, and Sanford. Miami drives volume through its pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and Latin America-facing distribution sectors, while Tampa's manufacturing and healthcare industries support a dense base of territory roles, and Orlando's convention economy and rapid suburban growth have made it a hub for technology and building-products reps.
Are there remote regional sales representative jobs in Florida?
Yes, but they're limited, since regional sales representative work is fundamentally territory-based and requires in-person client visits. About 67% of regional sales representative openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those positions tend to cover administrative functions like reporting, virtual product demos, and inside-sales support rather than full field responsibilities.
How can I get hired as a regional sales representative in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an inside sales or sales development role at a Florida-based distributor or regional staffing firm, then transitioning to field work after demonstrating quota attainment. Large Florida employers like Sysco and Medtronic run structured associate or rotational sales programs designed for recent graduates. Moving laterally from customer service, retail management, or account coordination at Florida-headquartered companies also opens doors, especially when paired with a CPSP or similar sales credential.
Where can I find and apply to regional sales representative jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to regional sales representative jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings across industries and metro areas. Search the listings to find roles that match your territory experience and product background, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
