ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Representative for State Farm, you're the driving force behind our agency's growth. You build relationships that turn prospects into loyal customers, uncover needs, and match people with the products that protect what matters most to them. Every conversation is an opportunity to grow your book of business, your income, and your community. If you're competitive, outgoing, and motivated by hitting goals, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell insurance and financial products by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, follow-up, and referrals.
- Guide customers through applications, quotes, and renewals to close the sale.
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers to deepen relationships and maximize value.
- Respond quickly to leads and inquiries to keep the pipeline moving.
- Track activity, leads, and customer interactions to stay on top of your goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 per year
With top performers earning $80,000+
Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
