About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and turning opportunities into customers, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll connect with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and introduce solutions that can help their business. You'll work closely with our team to generate new opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to our overall growth—all from a remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-up outreach
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify potential business opportunities
• Present our products and services in a way that addresses each client's specific needs
• Manage leads and sales activities through our CRM system
• Maintain accurate notes and client records
• Follow up on inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams on lead generation and marketing initiatives
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Consistently work toward meeting individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in inside sales, business development, customer service, telemarketing, or B2B sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple opportunities at once
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
