Job Overview
The Inside Sales Business Development Representative builds relationships with commercial prospects and develops qualified opportunities through phone and client communication. This role combines B2B sales, prospecting, CRM use, and deal closing, with a focus on general contractors, property managers, and other commercial clients. Your impact: Consistent, thoughtful follow-up helps prospects find relevant solutions and supports stronger client relationships.
Duties
- Prospect and contact general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Generate qualified leads and develop business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospects and clients by phone and other channels.
- Use CRM systems to track contacts and sales activity.
- Apply sales technology to support prospecting and follow-up.
- Advance sales conversations and work toward closing deals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or business development experience.
- B2B sales and cold-calling experience preferred.
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and pursuing sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Construction industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Proposed Incentives:
Monthly bonuses for qualified new companies contacted and documented in our CRM:
- 20–29 companies: $75
- 30–49 companies: $150
- 50+ companies: $300
Sales commissions:
- 2% on the first eligible contract secured from a new customer.
- 1% on new opportunities actively generated with existing customers.
All incentives will be subject to a written compensation agreement.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
