Duties

• Actively engage with retail customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Promote and upsell additional offerings to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Manage route driving responsibilities, including commercial truck driving and automobile transportation, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct merchandising activities within retail stores to ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
• Adhere to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices during heavy lifting or transportation tasks.
• Maintain organizational skills by accurately documenting sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; retail store experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, math skills for calculations, and basic financial literacy.
• Valid driver’s license with experience in driving routes, commercial truck driving, or commercial driving preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations related to vehicle operation and transportation safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and team collaboration.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices; physically capable of handling merchandising tasks.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and documentation efficiently.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques and customer relationship building to enhance sales performance.
