About the Role
Safe Oil Solutions helps restaurants manage used cooking oil and grease waste safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with local regulations. We're growing fast in the Jacksonville region, and we need a full-cycle hunter to open new restaurant accounts and turn them into long-term contracts.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new restaurant accounts within a 2–3 hour radius of Jacksonville, FL — expect to be on the road and in front of decision-makers most of the week.
- Run consultative sales conversations with restaurant owners and operators, positioning Safe Oil's service against whatever they're currently using (or not using).
- Build your own pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and local restaurant-industry networking — a few inbound leads but not a lot of hand-holding.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposal, negotiation, close, and handoff to our install team.
- Hit monthly and quarterly new-account targets.
- Keep your pipeline current in our CRM — we run on data, not gut feel.

- You've carried a B2B outside sales quota before and can point to numbers, not just activity.
- Restaurant, food-service, or hospitality industry experience is a real advantage here — you'll speak the prospect's language faster.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (ask us for the current rep OTE range and ramp timeline in your interview — we'll walk you through real numbers, not a placeholder range)
