Pay: $60,000 – $100,000 per year (base pay plus commission)
About the Role
ROOFX is hiring Entry-Level and Experienced Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the local community. You will connect with homeowners at local events and in the community, perform basic ground-level roof assessments to spot visible damage, and help them understand their options. This role suits motivated people who enjoy talking with others and want to build a career in sales and marketing. We provide training, so no roofing experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Represent ROOFX at community events, home shows, fairs, and retail locations.
- Set up and staff event booths, engaging attendees and building brand awareness.
- Generate leads at events and follow up to schedule qualified appointments.
- Conduct basic visual roof assessments from the ground and explain findings to homeowners clearly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, event leads, and project details.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors.
- Reliable transportation to Williamsport, PA.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred, but not required.
