Entry Level Sales Trainee Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to promote AT&T wireless, internet, and technology solutions
- Explain product offerings, plans, pricing, and device features clearly and confidently
- Conduct consultative customer conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide product demonstrations and assist customers through the enrollment and activation process
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and industry trends
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and performance results accurately
- Support sales initiatives from initial contact through completed service enrollment
Entry Level Sales Trainee Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented environment
