Job Summary
Conducts sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract qualified candidates. Implements recruitment strategies and ensures alignment with organizational hiring needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses talent acquisition needs and strategies to ensure alignment with the company's workforce planning goals and business objectives.
- Assists in the management of recruitment initiatives, providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues within the team.
- Develops more complex sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the industry, utilizing both traditional and innovative channels.
- Implements processes to optimize recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Forecasts future talent needs by analyzing workforce trends and market data, helping to build a proactive recruitment approach.
- Confers with hiring managers and senior leadership to determine hiring needs and job specifications for open positions.
- Coaches team members on effective recruitment techniques, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of talent acquisition skills.
- Establishes relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and professional networks to enhance the talent pipeline.
- Ensures the quality and consistency of candidate assessments and hiring decisions, conducting periodic reviews of recruitment metrics.
- Performs other duties as assigned
