Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.
Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings with prospective candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information.
Assist with preparing job postings and keeping job descriptions up to date.
Support hiring managers with recruitment activities and candidate selection.
Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
Assist with onboarding activities and other HR-related projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone, email, and virtual platforms.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Previous recruiting or HR experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
Pay: $23.17 - $28.71 per hour
