Growth Marketing Manager Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth marketing manager in Georgia?
Growth marketing manager is not a licensed or state-credentialed role in Georgia, so the path runs through education and demonstrated results. Most Georgia employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, along with a portfolio of campaigns showing measurable outcomes. Building hands-on skills in paid media, SEO, or lifecycle marketing through agency work, in-house roles, or project-based contracts at Atlanta's dense startup and mid-market tech community is the most reliable way to advance into a manager-level position.
How much do growth marketing managers make in Georgia?
Growth marketing managers in Georgia earn a median of about $160,760 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $94,390 for the lowest 10% to over $277,180 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire growth marketing managers in Georgia?
Employers hiring growth marketing managers in Georgia right now include McKinsey & Company, Foxit, and Aptean, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Georgia's mix of corporate headquarters, fast-growing fintech firms, and large retail and media companies means demand is spread across both enterprise and growth-stage organizations.
Which Georgia cities have the most growth marketing manager jobs?
Atlanta, Macon, and Augusta have the most growth marketing manager openings in Georgia. Atlanta accounts for the large majority of listings, driven by its concentration of technology firms, media companies, and corporate headquarters, while Alpharetta's established tech corridor and Savannah's growing logistics and e-commerce presence account for much of the activity outside the core metro.
Are there remote growth marketing manager jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth marketing is an inherently digital and data-driven discipline, which makes it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 80% of growth marketing manager openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how widely distributed the teams can be. Strategy, campaign analysis, and performance reporting are the functions most frequently listed as fully remote.
How can I get hired as a growth marketing manager in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a coordinator or analyst role at a Georgia-based agency or in-house marketing team, then building toward management by owning a specific channel. Cox Media Group, Cardlytics, and mid-size Atlanta e-commerce brands regularly hire marketing coordinators and growth analysts without requiring prior management experience. A Google Ads or Meta certification, combined with a small personal project portfolio showing measurable results, gives early-career candidates a meaningful edge when applying for associate or junior growth roles that feed into manager-track positions.
Where can I find and apply to growth marketing manager jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to growth marketing manager jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings tied to the state. Search the available roles, find the ones that match your experience and location preferences, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
