About the Role
This is PointFive's first growth hire, and you'll own the demand engine end to end—from paid and lifecycle marketing to outbound orchestration and pipeline reporting. You'll report directly to the CRO with real latitude to decide what to run, what to kill, and where the next dollar goes, collaborating with colleagues across the globe as well as contractors and paid media agencies that you'll manage day to day.
What You'll Do
Own paid media. Run Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and any other channel you’re interested in testing —strategy, budget allocation, creative direction, and results.
Build email and lifecycle marketing
Run integrated campaigns and field events across paid, email, and outbound, owning the pre- and post-event motion
Orchestrate outbound with sales, aligning targeting, sequences, signals, and content so outbound and marketing pull in the same direction.
Own pipeline measurement and reporting, building it yourself across HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Google Analytics, and Common Room to show what's actually creating pipeline.
Improve the website and conversion path, from traffic to conversion rate to the path from first visit to qualified meeting.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation; bachelor's degree.
Hands-on-keyboard experience building campaigns, pulling data, and shipping work yourself—this isn't a role that manages a team into results.
Comfort working technically and operationally in HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad platforms, with the ability to work with data directly; SQL or Snowflake experience is a real advantage.
A curious, fast working style—testing, reading data honestly, and changing course without being told to.
High work ethic and high ownership; this is a small team with a big surface area and no passengers.
Nice to have
Experience marketing technical products to technical personas, especially engineering or platform teams
Familiarity with both PLG and sales-led GTM models
FinOps, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools background
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $210,000 USD annually.
Health, dental, vision (yes, all three!), equity in something early-stage and exciting, generous PTO, 401K, meal & commuter benefits, a team that will actually challenge you and much more
Why PointFive
Build a function, not inherit one. You'll report to the CRO, sit close to revenue, and see the direct line between what you run and what closes.
Real latitude from day one. You decide what to run, what to kill, and where the next dollar goes, backed by contractors and an agency you manage.
A proving ground for your next step. If your goal is to run marketing as a VP or CMO, this is the job where you show you can.
Equal Opportunity Statement
PointFive is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply.

Growth Marketing Manager Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth marketing manager in Massachusetts?
The path to a growth marketing manager role in Massachusetts typically starts with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a quantitative field. There is no state-issued license required for this role. Massachusetts employers place heavy weight on demonstrated analytical skills and channel ownership, so building a portfolio of experiments, attribution reporting, and campaign results is more decisive than any single credential. Professional certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or paid media platforms strengthen early-career applications.
How much do growth marketing managers make in Massachusetts?
Growth marketing managers in Massachusetts earn a median of about $212,020 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $122,350 for the lowest 10% to over $310,510 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire growth marketing managers in Massachusetts?
Employers hiring growth marketing managers in Massachusetts right now include Whoop, ALKU, and Bevi, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Massachusetts's dense cluster of SaaS, healthtech, and fintech companies means that growth marketing talent is in demand well beyond just the largest consumer brands.
Which Massachusetts cities have the most growth marketing manager jobs?
Boston, Andover, and Beverly hold the most growth marketing manager openings in Massachusetts. Boston and Cambridge dominate because of the region's concentration of venture-backed software companies, established SaaS firms, and major financial institutions, while Waltham and the Route 128 corridor attract openings from technology and life sciences companies that have long maintained offices there.
Are there remote growth marketing manager jobs in Massachusetts?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth marketing is an inherently desk-based and data-driven role, making it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 73% of growth marketing manager openings tied to Massachusetts are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how widely this has been accepted across the tech and SaaS sector. Lifecycle marketing, SEO strategy, and paid acquisition sub-roles tend to be the most remote-friendly within the discipline.
How can I get hired as a growth marketing manager in Massachusetts with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a growth marketing associate or marketing analyst role at a Boston-area SaaS or e-commerce company, where hands-on channel ownership is expected from day one. Companies like HubSpot and Wayfair run structured early-career programs that place new graduates directly onto growth teams. Candidates moving laterally from content marketing, marketing operations, or business analytics roles are commonly considered. A portfolio showing one or two real experiments, even from freelance or internship work, carries more weight with Massachusetts hiring managers than an entry-level title alone.
Where can I find and apply to growth marketing manager jobs in Massachusetts?
You can find and apply to growth marketing manager jobs in Massachusetts on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers hiring in the state right now. Find roles that fit your experience and apply directly.
