Entry Level Regulatory Affairs Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level regulatory affairs manager job?
Focus on demonstrating familiarity with regulatory frameworks, submission processes, and documentation standards even if your experience comes from internships, coursework, or cooperative education programs. Employers at this level look for candidates who understand compliance workflows and can organize complex information carefully. A science or health-related degree, exposure to FDA or similar agency processes, and any hands-on lab or regulatory project work all strengthen your application meaningfully.
Which companies hire entry level regulatory affairs managers?
Companies hiring entry level regulatory affairs managers right now include Oscar Health, Abbott, and Collabera, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. At this level, hiring comes from pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, biotechnology firms, and contract research organizations that build junior regulatory teams to support submission pipelines and compliance programs.
Are there remote entry level regulatory affairs manager jobs?
Yes, though on-site roles remain common at this stage. About 21% of entry level regulatory affairs manager openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting broader flexibility in the industry. Remote positions often require strong self-direction and familiarity with digital submission platforms, since you may be working with cross-functional teams and regulatory databases without in-person guidance.
Are these new grad regulatory affairs manager jobs?
Yes, many of these listings are new grad and junior roles that welcome recent graduates with little or no professional experience. A new grad friendly posting typically signals this by welcoming zero to two years of experience, accepting internship or co-op work in lieu of full-time history, or specifying that a relevant degree or regulatory coursework is the primary qualification. Junior titles are common at this level too.
Which industries hire the most entry level regulatory affairs managers?
Entry Level regulatory affairs manager roles concentrate in Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Insurance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors drive the most entry level hiring because they operate under strict product approval and compliance requirements, creating ongoing demand for junior professionals who can support documentation, submissions, and regulatory strategy under experienced team leadership.
