Education: HSD or equivalent with 1 yr exp. Preferred Education: Associate’s Degree in an Engineering/Reliability/Industrial Maintenance or related field or are willing to obtain a degree.
Required Experience:
- Computerized Maintenance Management Software (e.g. eMaint, Maximo)
- Possess a good working knowledge of facility equipment (i.e. air handlers, boilers, chillers, rotating equipment, etc.).
- Ability to interpret technical vendor literature (i.e. Installation, Maintenance and Operation manuals) and transfer this information independently and effectively to critical work processes.
Preferred Certifications:
- Reliability certification, e.g. CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician). Ultrasound, thickness testing, anything related to predictive maintenance technologies – can be certified on any related equipment.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1-4+ years of experience (Over 5 years’ experience would be overqualified).
- 1+ years of facility, manufacturing or power plant maintenance experience.
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance/reliability (i.e. developing job plans, optimizing preventative maintenance).
