You will work on assignments that are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. Your work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.Oversee medication therapy, strategy on comprehensive medication reviews, and prescription drug optimization in cases where patients are taking multiple medications.
Promote health awareness with patients through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns.
Places outbound calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provides counseling.
Understand own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.
Make decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follow direction.

Required Qualifications
An active, unrestricted LPN license.
One (1) or more years' experience working as an LPN.
Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation, data management, and workflow optimization.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and encourage collaborative problem-solving across and within teams.
Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team success.
Preferred Qualifications
Mail Order Pharmacy experience.
One (1) year or more years of experience working as an LPN in a specialty pharmacy setting.
LPN Compact license.

Workstyle: This is remote position.
Work Schedule: This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts assigned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET). We will discuss further details regarding scheduling during the interview process.
