Remote Functional Consultant Jobs

We are seeking a hands-on Workforce Management Functional Consultant to lead functional analysis, configuration, enhancements, and business adoption of the Infor Workforce Management SaaS solution. The consultant must have strong practical experience across both single-tenant and multi-tenant environments, including the functional and configuration considerations associated with each deployment model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional SME for Infor Workforce Management, covering time and attendance, employee scheduling, labor tracking, overtime, leave balances, payroll-related processes, exception management, approvals, job schedulers, interfaces, and operational reporting.

• Analyze business requirements, current processes, pain points, and system gaps, and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and solution designs.

• Configure and optimize Infor WFM workflows, business rules, employee profiles, calculation rules, schedules, security roles, and functional settings.

• Provide hands-on support for enhancements, configuration changes, testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-production stabilization.

• Lead functional assessments and solution recommendations for single-tenant and multi-tenant Infor SaaS environments.

• Understand multi-tenant design principles, including standardized processes, configuration-based extensibility, upgrade compatibility, and limits on direct code or database-level customization. [dam.infor.com], [docs.infor.com]

• Coordinate with business users, payroll, HR, application owners, integration teams, technical teams, and Infor support.

• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, test scenarios, training materials, and operational procedures.

• Facilitate system integration testing, UAT, business validation, and stakeholder sign-off.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, or supporting Infor Workforce Management SaaS.

• Demonstrated experience with both single-tenant and multi-tenant Infor environments.

• Strong functional knowledge of workforce scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, overtime, payroll interfaces, employee assignments, leave management, and reporting.

• Experience with requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, data validation, and production support.

• Working knowledge of SaaS integrations, interfaces, job scheduling, data migration, security, audit requirements, and release management.

• Ability to assess business requests against Infor standard functionality and recommend scalable solutions with minimal customization.

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience transitioning or modernizing Infor WFM from a single-tenant environment to a multi-tenant SaaS model.

• Experience supporting manufacturing or other shift-based workforce operations.

• Familiarity with HR, payroll, ERP, identity-management, and integration platforms.

• Infor WFM, CloudSuite, Business Analysis, Agile, or Product Owner certification is preferred.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
