Remote Production Lead Jobs

GN$N Studios is a full-service media production and marketing company powered by a team of young creatives. We shoot it, cut it, post it, and manage it — videography, photography, editing, social media management, aerial, websites, podcasts, and branding — for artists, musicians, business owners, and brands nationwide.

We're small and we're growing, and we're looking for the person who wants to be the front door to all of it.

What this is

This isn't a sales floor. There's no dialer, no quota board, no forty reps fighting over the same list. You'd be one of a handful of people bringing in the clients that keep our creative team working, and you'd have direct access to the founders while doing it.

You'll prospect, run discovery calls, quote from our live pricing tools, and close. Everything you need to do that — the full menu, scripts, our CRM, and a training course built so you never have to ask a basic question — is ready on day one.

How you get paid

• 10% of every one-time sale
• 10% of the first month on any retainer client, then 5% of every monthly payment after that, for as long as they stay with us
• Paid biweekly on money collected
• Uncapped. One good retainer client pays you every month whether you're working that day or not.

This is 100% commission. No base, no draw. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't the role. If you're confident you can sell something people genuinely need, it's the best deal you'll find.

You're a fit if you

• Have sold something before — services, B2B, creative, anything where you had to find the person and close them
• Are comfortable talking to artists, small business owners, and creatives in their language, not corporate language
• Can run your own day without someone standing over you
• Want to help build something, not just plug into something already built

Location

Fully remote, anywhere in the US. Most of this happens by phone and email.
