Duties
In this Program Manager position you will become a key team member of Homeland Security professionals involved in leading performance improvements, planning, and data analysis efforts for Human Resources Policy and Programs Directorate (HRPPD) leadership and staff.

Major Duties:
- Planning, directing, and evaluating complex Human Capital Enterprise transformation programs to support CBP and DHS human capital priorities and improve operational effectiveness.

Experience GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

- Developing program plans, milestones, governance structures, performance measures, and risk strategies to guide implementation and improve accountability.
