Winsight Staffing is hiring Retail Sales Associates for a growing Dallas team.
If you like working with people, have a good attitude, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. Retail or sales experience is a plus, but it’s not required. We’ll train you on the products, sales process, and day-to-day responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with customers and help them find the right products or services
- Answer questions and provide a great customer experience
- Learn the products and promotions offered by the client
- Help with sales and meet team goals
- Process purchases and keep customer information accurate
- Keep the sales area clean and organized
- Work with your team and communicate with management
- Learn new sales and customer service skills along the way
What We’re Looking For
