The Opportunity: We're hiring a Site Safety Manager who brings a strong work ethic, sharp problem-solving instincts, and a genuine commitment to keeping our people safe. This role is central to how we operate - you'll be the driving force behind safety training, compliance, and a culture where every employee goes home the same way they came in. A key priority is ensuring that both office and field personnel are fully trained in all applicable safety programs, protocols, and federal and state regulations.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Model and promote strong, productive leadership across all safety functions.
- Execute and sustain daily implementation of company safety programs on active job sites.
- Lead onsite safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors, and coordinate regular workshops.
- This role is hands-on - expect to be on your feet roughly 80% of the time.
- Must be able to independently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
What You Need to Qualify:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on construction safety experience.
- Active OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.

- Base salary of $60,000–$90,000, determined by your experience and qualifications
