The Inside Sales Case Analyst is the first voice and trusted guide for prospective clients seeking help. You’ll conduct in-depth consultations to understand their tax challenges, explain how our two-phase process works, and set them on the path toward resolution. This role blends consultative sales, financial discovery, and client advocacy — perfect for someone who thrives on building trust, uncovering needs, and closing meaningful business.
What You’ll Do
- Connect & Consult: Engage inbound leads and referrals (NO COLD CALLING), listening to their tax challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate & Guide: Clearly explain our two-phase process and how our team can help resolve IRS and state tax issues.
- Qualify & Assess: Gather critical financial and personal details to determine program eligibility and next steps.
- Close with Confidence: Enroll clients into Phase One, setting realistic expectations and securing their commitment.
- Build Trust Early: Establish rapport so clients feel confident transitioning to our Resolution Team for Phase Two.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with tax professionals, case advocates, and leadership to ensure a smooth client handoff.
- There is NO COLD CALLING
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated competencies in inside sales or client relations, preferably in a financial services, or consultative closing roles (debt relief, financial services, legal services, mortgage, membership services etc.).
- Strong ability to listen, empathize, and translate complex financial matters into clear solutions.
- Confidence in conducting detailed financial intake conversations.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is a plus
