About Us
Joint Commission-accredited DME and medical supply company serving the hospice and healthcare community throughout California. We are expanding and seeking a driven Marketing and Business Developer to grow our presence across the state.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Business Developer to help expand our footprint across California. This role involves building relationships with hospice and healthcare providers, generating new business opportunities, and managing our social media presence.
This position starts with a 60-day trial period to evaluate performance and fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and hospice industry Schedule and attend meetings, presentations, and outreach events Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources Develop and execute local outreach strategies to increase brand awareness Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts Provide weekly outreach and performance reports
Qualifications
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing (DME or healthcare experience is a plus) Familiarity with the hospice industry and medical supply landscape in California Strong communication and relationship-building skills Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation Self-starter with ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $45k to 75k per year (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses available 60-day trial period with review at completion 48 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) 48 hours Sick Pay No health insurance provided at this time
