Sales And Marketing Manager Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales and marketing manager in New Hampshire?
Most sales and marketing manager roles in New Hampshire require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or communications, though some employers in technology and financial services value demonstrated results over formal credentials. There is no state-issued license for this role in New Hampshire. Candidates typically advance from individual contributor positions in sales, account management, or digital marketing, building experience with campaign management, team leadership, and revenue reporting before stepping into a manager title.
Which companies hire sales and marketing managers in New Hampshire?
Companies currently hiring sales and marketing managers in New Hampshire include BAE Systems USA, Moveras, and Amphenol, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's mix of defense contractors, healthcare systems, and technology firms means demand is spread across both enterprise organizations and fast-growing regional businesses.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most sales and marketing manager jobs?
Manchester, Nashua, and Portsmouth have the most sales and marketing manager openings in New Hampshire. Manchester drives the largest share because it is the state's primary commercial center, home to corporate offices in technology, insurance, and professional services, while Nashua's proximity to the Massachusetts border attracts employers who need managers with regional reach across both markets, and Concord draws openings tied to state government contractors and healthcare administration.
Are there remote sales and marketing manager jobs in New Hampshire?

About 69% of sales and marketing manager openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting strong employer flexibility in this field. The most realistic entry path is moving into a coordinator or specialist role within a New Hampshire company's marketing or inside sales team and demonstrating results before pursuing a manager title. Organizations such as Dartmouth Health, BAE Systems, and regional technology firms in Manchester and Nashua regularly post entry-level marketing and business development associate roles that feed into management pipelines. Building a portfolio of campaign results, earning a Google Analytics or HubSpot certification, and taking on informal team leadership in a current role all strengthen a candidacy for a first management position.
