Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to identify, approach, and secure contracts with healthcare facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centers, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities.

This is a field-based, commission-driven role with strong earning potential for the right person.

Responsibilities

- Identify and visit target healthcare facilities across the DFW area

- Build relationships with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and transportation coordinators

- Present AWT's services and close facility contracts

- Represent AWT professionally in all interactions

- Report activity and pipeline updates regularly to management

- Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed agreements

What You Bring

- Experience in sales, business development, or healthcare liaison roles preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

- Familiarity with the Dallas healthcare landscape is a plus

- Knowledge of NEMT or medical transportation is a bonus but not required

Compensation

- $1,000 per secured facility contract
