Mid Level Sales Development Representative Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level sales development representative job?
Position your experience around outcomes you owned independently, not just tasks you completed. Highlight quota attainment, sequences you built or refined, and any coaching or onboarding you led for newer reps. Tailor your resume to show progression in the tools and strategies you used, and be ready to discuss how your pipeline work connected to closed revenue in interviews.
Which companies hire mid level sales development representatives?
Companies hiring mid level sales development representatives right now include Colliers Engineering & Design, Slipstream IT, and Veeva Systems, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Both high-growth technology firms and established enterprise organizations hire at this level, typically when they need reps who can operate with autonomy and help shape outbound playbooks.
Are there remote mid level sales development representative jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid options are widely available at this experience level. About 44% of mid level sales development representative openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how many sales teams have built distributed SDR functions that rely on experienced reps who need minimal day-to-day supervision.
How do I move up to a mid level sales development representative role?
Moving from entry level into a mid level sales development representative role takes consistent, documented results over your first few years. Employers look for reps who have owned a full prospecting motion, experimented with messaging and improved conversion rates, and taken on informal leadership like onboarding peers. Building depth in a specific segment or channel accelerates that transition.
Which industries hire the most mid level sales development representatives?
Mid Level sales development representative roles concentrate in Consulting & Professional Services, Technology & Software, and Construction & Real Estate, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026.
