As a Associate Director, U.S. Sales Enablement you are responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help sales people sell more effectively. Optimizes all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication.
A Associate Director, U.S. Sales Enablement demonstrates knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and your company’s go to market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods. Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts. Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. You will continually evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods. Typically collaborates with Marketing and Sales Operations to create content and track and measure operations and performance.
Key Re sponsibilities
1. En terprise En ablem en t Strategy & Transformation
Define and lead the U.S. sales enablement strategy aligned to Kyndryl’s industry, account, and offerings-led go-to-market priorities , partnering with the global team
Drive en terprise transformation initiatives (e.g., Customer Partner capability uplift, sales methodology standardization, AI- en abled selling)
Translate strategic business imperatives into scalable en ablem en t programs and execution roadmaps
Id en tify systemic performance gaps across re g i ons, industries, and roles and prioritize interv en tions
Develop and re fine GTM Onboarding programs
Continuously assess program effectiveness and refine based on measurable impact on revenue outcomes
2. Customer Partner Capability
Lead Customer Partner (CP) and account-facing capability programs focused on consultative selling, deal shaping, and cli en t value articulation
En able CPs to better position Kyndryl’s diffe r e n tiated services (cloud, co re en terprise, digital workplace, security)
Partner with Sales leadership to embed performance rigor, including pipeline discipline, account planning, and opportunity prog re ssion
3. Sales Cont en t, Messaging & Offer En ablem en t
Oversee c re ation and governance of industry- and offering-specific sales cont en t , including proposals, value messaging, and competitive positioning
En su re alignm en t of sales messaging to Kyndryl’s offerings portfolio and cli en t buying journeys
Partner with Marketing and Offering teams to deliver integrated, cli en t-c en tric campaigns
4. Sales Tools, AI & Digital En ablem en t
Lead adoption and optimization of sales en ablem en t technologies (e.g., CRM, knowledge platforms, AI tools such as Copilot)
E2E sales tool s improvement from deal intake to deal registrations
Drive AI- en abled selling practices (e.g., insights g en eration, account re search, proposal drafting) to improve seller productivity
Establish governance and best practices for tool usage and adoption at scale
5 . Cross-Functional Alignment & GTM Integration
Act as a strategic partner across Sales, Delivery, HR, Marketing, and Offerings to ensure alignment on capability building and go-to-market execution
Support integrated execution of industry-specific growth initiatives and strategic deals
Influ en ce s en ior leadership on en ablem en t priorities and investm en t decisions
6. Tal en t Developm en t & Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing sales en ablem en t team across re g i ons and functions
Partner with HR (HRBPs, Tal en t, Learning) to embed en ablem en t into tal en t lifecycle processes (onboarding, upskilling, ca re er prog re ssion)
Establish governance, operating cad en ce, and execution discipline across the en ablem en t function

Required Technical and Professional Experience
This is position will allow you to work from home but will also require you to work from our Frisco, Texas office
7 + years of experience in sales, enablement, or go-to-market strategy within large, complex organizations
Prov en experi en ce working in technology services, consulting, or enterprise sales en vironments
Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale transformation or capability-building initiatives
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based selling, and solution-led selling models
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $124,920 to $237,480 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California (San Francisco Bay Area):$149,880 to $284,880
California (All Other):$137,400 to $261,120
Colorado: $124,920 to $237,480
Massachusetts$124,920 to $261,120
New York City: $149,880 to $284,880
Washington: $137,400 to $261,120
Washington DC:$137,400 to $261,120
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
