🔧 What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities across Pittsburgh and Eastern Ohio.
- Visit manufacturing facilities to understand customer challenges and recommend the right finishing solutions.
- Conduct facility walk-throughs, equipment demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with Manufacturing Engineers, Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Production Supervisors, and Purchasing teams.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and technical recommendations.
- Manage sales activities and customer opportunities through CRM and other technology tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations.
- Stay up to date on finishing technologies, industry trends, and competitive solutions.

Required:
- 2+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, finishing operations, equipment sales, or a related field.
- Direct experience with one or more of the following:
- Abrasive blasting equipment and processes
- Vibratory finishing systems
- Surface preparation
- Deburring and polishing
- Metal finishing processes
- Industrial finishing equipment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a finishing department.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales technology.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
⭐ Preferred Experience
- Worked for a finishing company, job shop, or manufacturing operation.
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Knowledge of process improvement, production efficiency, and manufacturing workflows.
- Established relationships within the regional manufacturing community.
- Technical, engineering, or manufacturing-related education, training, or certifications.
