Sales Jobs in Phoenix: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales job in Phoenix?
The strongest path into Phoenix sales is targeting the sectors that hire most actively here: SaaS and tech companies clustered in Scottsdale and Tempe, healthcare and medical device firms near the Arizona Medical Center corridor, and financial services companies in the Camelback Corridor. Candidates who can show a book of business, CRM fluency, or industry-specific relationships move to the front of the line in this market.
Which companies hire saless in Phoenix?
Employers hiring saless in Phoenix right now include Shamrock Foods Company, サイネオス・ヘルス, and ATG, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Phoenix draws a mix of large enterprise employers with regional headquarters, fast-growing tech and fintech scale-ups, and healthcare organizations with dedicated sales teams.
Are there remote sales jobs in Phoenix?
Yes, though it depends on the role type. Field and territory sales positions typically require an on-site presence, while inside sales and account management roles are more remote-friendly. About 60% of sales openings tied to Phoenix are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. Inside sales roles at Phoenix-area tech and SaaS companies make up the largest share of those remote listings.
How can I get a sales job in Phoenix with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Phoenix is an inside sales representative or sales development representative role at one of the many tech and SaaS companies based in Tempe and Scottsdale, which regularly hire entry-level candidates and train from the ground up. Retail and real estate sales roles in areas like Chandler and Gilbert also offer a foot in the door. Demonstrating comfort with CRM tools and a willingness to cold-call gives entry-level applicants a clear edge locally.
Which industries hire the most saless in Phoenix?
The sectors hiring the most saless in Phoenix are Automotive and Distribution & Wholesale, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Phoenix's rapid population growth and its status as a regional corporate hub drive consistent demand across these sectors, particularly for sales professionals who can serve both local and national accounts.
