Focus your search on Scottsdale's strongest hiring sectors: luxury hospitality and resort sales, real estate and property tech, wealth management, and med-tech. North Scottsdale's corporate office parks and the SkySong innovation campus draw the most consistent demand. Candidates who can show a history of managing quota-carrying teams and who have relationships within the Phoenix metro market tend to stand out from applicants without local context.
Which companies hire sales managers in Scottsdale?

Scottsdale's employer mix runs from luxury resort and hospitality brands concentrated near Old Town to financial services firms and health tech companies in the North Scottsdale and SkySong corridors.
Are there remote sales manager jobs in Scottsdale?
Yes, though remote availability depends heavily on the role type, field and territory sales manager positions are almost always on-site, while inside sales management and SaaS sales leadership roles are more often remote-friendly. About 27% of sales manager openings tied to Scottsdale are remote or hybrid as of July 2026. The most remote-accessible roles in Scottsdale tend to sit in software, financial services, and health tech.
How can I get a sales manager job in Scottsdale with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Scottsdale is through a senior individual contributor or team lead role at one of the city's hospitality brands, real estate brokerages, or inside sales operations, where promotion to manager is common and structured. Resort and hotel groups near Old Town and financial services firms in North Scottsdale regularly promote high-performing reps into first-line manager roles. Building familiarity with the Phoenix metro customer base and demonstrating team coaching experience, even informally, strengthens a candidacy significantly.
