Customer Sales Advisor Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer sales advisor in Arizona?
Most customer sales advisor roles in Arizona require at minimum a high school diploma and on-the-job training, but roles involving insurance products require an active Arizona insurance producer license issued by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions. Candidates must pass the relevant state exam before selling insurance. For non-insurance advisory roles in banking or telecom, employers typically prioritize prior sales experience or a two- or four-year degree in business or a related field.
Which companies hire customer sales advisors in Arizona?
Companies currently hiring customer sales advisors in Arizona include Jiffy Lube, COBBLESTONE AUTO SPA, and Goodyear, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Arizona's large financial services corridor in Phoenix and the presence of major telecom and insurance regional headquarters make it a particularly active market for this role year-round.
Which Arizona cities have the most customer sales advisor jobs?
Phoenix, Mesa, and Scottsdale have the most customer sales advisor openings in Arizona. Phoenix drives the largest share of demand as the state's primary corporate and financial services hub, while Scottsdale's concentration of insurance carriers and wealth management firms and Tucson's growing call center and regional banking presence account for strong hiring in those markets as well.
Are there remote customer sales advisor jobs in Arizona?
Yes, and they are more common in this field than in many others. About 0% of customer sales advisor openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the advisory work happens over phone and digital channels rather than in person. Roles focused on inside sales, financial product advising, and telecom account management tend to be the most remote-friendly.
How can I get hired as a customer sales advisor in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is applying directly to inbound customer service or sales associate roles at large Arizona employers such as American Express, Cox Communications, or regional credit unions, which regularly run structured new-hire cohorts for candidates without prior advisory experience. Earning an Arizona insurance producer license before applying gives candidates a measurable edge for insurance-track roles. Lateral moves from retail associate, call center representative, or bank teller positions are common and well-recognized by Arizona hiring managers as credible stepping stones.
Where can I find and apply to customer sales advisor jobs in Arizona?
You can find and apply to customer sales advisor jobs in Arizona on Migrate Mate, which lists current Arizona openings for this role. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level, preferred city, and specialization, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
