Help Us Build the Next Chapter of Talented Medical Solutions
Talented Medical Solutions is a growing, nurse-owned healthcare staffing company, and we are looking for an exceptional Healthcare Business Development & Client Partnerships Executive who is excited about building relationships, opening doors, and helping a growing company expand.
We are not looking for someone who simply waits for leads.
We are looking for a builder, relationship developer, and proactive business hunter—someone who naturally thinks about the next opportunity, follows up without being reminded, enjoys connecting with healthcare decision-makers, and takes pride in turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
If you have healthcare staffing business development experience, existing industry relationships, and an entrepreneurial mindset, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
You will focus on developing new business and client partnerships for Talented Medical Solutions, including:
Prospecting hospitals, health systems, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health organizations, clinics, and other healthcare organizations
Identifying and connecting with decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, HR, Procurement, Vendor Management, Nursing Leadership, Workforce Management, and Operations
Making consistent outbound calls, emails, and professional follow-ups
Developing relationships with healthcare VMS/MSP organizations and researching supplier opportunities
Identifying vendor applications, RFPs, supplier-enrollment opportunities, and direct staffing agreements
Leveraging appropriate existing healthcare relationships and industry connections
Generating qualified meetings and business conversations
Following opportunities consistently from initial outreach through contracting and account development
Maintaining an accurate and organized business-development pipeline in our CRM
Providing leadership with meaningful updates regarding opportunities, barriers, follow-ups, and next steps
Collaborating with recruiting and leadership once new business is secured
Our service capabilities include Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Permanent/Direct Hire, and other healthcare workforce solutions.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal partner is:
Experienced in healthcare staffing business development, sales, client partnerships, account development, or a closely related field
Familiar with hospitals, healthcare facilities, VMS/MSP programs, vendor management, procurement, or healthcare workforce solutions
Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating new relationships
Persistent without being overly aggressive
Compassionate, professional, personable, and relationship-driven
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Able to work independently without needing daily reminders
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Resourceful enough to identify opportunities rather than waiting for someone else to provide every lead
Motivated by building something and sharing in the financial success created
Able to communicate professionally with executives and healthcare decision-makers
Existing healthcare staffing, hospital, VMS/MSP, procurement, or vendor-management relationships are highly desirable.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not simply sending emails.
We want to see consistent, measurable movement:
Prospecting Decision-Maker Identified Outreach Conversation Follow-Up Meeting Vendor/Contract Discussion New Account Ongoing Partnership
We understand healthcare business development takes time. We do not expect contracts overnight.
We do expect consistent activity, persistence, communication, documentation, relationship-building, and forward movement.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity designed for someone who values performance-based earning potential.
Compensation is tied to the business and accounts you successfully help develop. Talented Medical Solutions offers an ongoing commission structure intended to reward meaningful client development and long-term account growth.
Full commission details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
There is no guaranteed salary or hourly compensation associated with this opportunity.
Why Talented Medical Solutions?
We are building a company centered around relationships, not simply transactions.
As a nurse-owned healthcare staffing organization, we understand healthcare from the clinical side as well as the staffing side. We care about the clinicians we represent, the organizations we support, and the people helping us grow.
We want someone who sees the potential in growing alongside a smaller healthcare staffing company and who wants their contribution to matter.
There is significant room for growth for the right person as our client base and organization expand.
Before You Apply
Please consider this opportunity carefully.
This position is best suited for someone who:
Has sufficient time and capacity to actively develop business
Is comfortable with commission-based compensation
Will consistently prospect and follow up
Does not need to be reminded to make calls or pursue opportunities
Wants to help build a healthcare staffing business rather than simply add another company name to their résumé
Can realistically dedicate meaningful attention to Talented Medical Solutions
We respect candidates who have other professional commitments. However, we need someone who can genuinely provide the time, consistency, energy, and ownership required to produce results.
To Apply
Please submit your résumé along with a brief response to the following questions:
Tell us about your healthcare staffing or healthcare business development experience.
What types of healthcare clients or accounts have you personally helped develop?
Have you personally opened a healthcare staffing account from initial prospecting through contract or active business? Please briefly describe one example.
What experience do you have working with hospitals, health systems, VMS/MSP programs, procurement, or vendor-management teams?
What existing healthcare industry relationships or areas of expertise could you ethically leverage when developing new business?
If Talented provided you with no leads during your first week, what would you do to begin generating opportunities?
How do you approach a prospect who has not responded after your first several attempts?
How many hours each week can you realistically dedicate to actively developing business for Talented Medical Solutions?
Do you currently have another full-time or significant professional commitment? If yes, please explain how you would consistently manage this opportunity alongside it.
This opportunity is commission-based and developing a new healthcare account can take time. What would keep you consistently prospecting and following up before your first commission is generated?
Please do not apply if you are looking for a passive opportunity.
We are looking for someone who is ready to connect, build, follow through, create opportunities, and grow with us.

Business Development Executive Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a business development executive in Arizona?
Most business development executive roles in Arizona do not require a state-issued license, but a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is the standard baseline. Employers in Arizona's technology corridor around Scottsdale and Tempe, and in healthcare hubs like Phoenix, typically expect candidates to have a demonstrated history of building client relationships and closing deals. Earning certifications in strategic sales or partnership management strengthens applications considerably.
How much do business development executives make in Arizona?
Business development executives in Arizona earn a median of about $131,870 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $70,760 for the lowest 10% to over $226,940 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire business development executives in Arizona?
Employers hiring business development executives in Arizona right now include Libra Solutions, ATG, and Avanade, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Arizona's concentration of technology firms, healthcare systems, and defense contractors means demand for business development talent stays steady across multiple sectors year-round.
Which Arizona cities have the most business development executive jobs?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson have the most business development executive openings in Arizona. Phoenix dominates because it is home to major corporate headquarters, hospital networks, and a fast-growing technology sector, while Scottsdale's concentration of financial services firms and SaaS companies and Tempe's proximity to Arizona State University and its surrounding innovation ecosystem draw additional hiring activity.
Are there remote business development executive jobs in Arizona?
Yes, and more than many fields, since business development work is often relationship- and communication-driven rather than tied to a physical location. About 57% of business development executive openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how many employers now accommodate distributed sales and partnership teams. The most remote-friendly sub-areas are enterprise SaaS business development and national account management roles.
How can I get hired as a business development executive in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a business development representative or sales development representative role, which many Arizona technology and healthcare companies use as a deliberate pipeline into senior business development positions. Large Phoenix-area employers including healthcare systems and enterprise software firms frequently post these junior roles and promote internally. Building a portfolio of won deals or partnership proposals and completing a recognized sales methodology certification gives candidates a concrete edge when making the move into an executive-level role.
Where can I find and apply to business development executive jobs in Arizona?
You can find and apply to business development executive jobs in Arizona on Migrate Mate, which lists current Arizona openings across industries including technology, healthcare, real estate, and defense contracting. Find the roles that fit your experience and specialty and apply directly to the employers posting them.
