ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities reflecting a mix of project-based engagements and managed services.
- Leverage executive-level relationships to improve Genpact’s brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
- Lead the negotiation and closure of high-value contracts, ensuring profitable terms and long-term client satisfaction.

COMPENSATION
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
- 210,000 to 300,000 USD
