- Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license or ID.
- 1+ year of automotive service/advisor role; or 1-2+ years of sales & or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Phone skills
- Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts.
- Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
