Sales Manager Jobs in Macon, GA

ALM Hyundai/Genesis Macon is looking for a BDC Manager to join our growing sales department. You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met. A successful candidate must demonstrate superior customer service skills, excellent work ethic and motivation.

• Manage all aspects of the department including, but not limited to: scheduling staff, monitoring rep performance (calls/emails/chats) and implement and monitor BDC processes, etc.
• Work closely with the call center team to ensure all customer issues and concerns are resolved promptly.
• Coach and develop the team.
• Assist staff with answering and distributing leads, CRM generated tasks, etc.
• Develop and execute outbound internet digital and phone campaigns
• Maintain a high energy atmosphere in the department
• Drive, enthusiasm, hard worker
• Growth mindset, willing to learn
• Able to provide a high level of customer service
• Results focus: accountable, attention to detail
• Report weekly/monthly/quarterly to GM and Senior Management on department performance based on established and industry KPIs
• Automotive sales experience required
