Territory Sales Manager, Atlanta/Southeast
About Us
Numilk is a fast-growing plant-based food technology startup changing how cafés serve plant-based drinks. Our system lets coffee shops, smoothie bars and matcha cafés across the U.S. make fresh plant milks in-house, with no gums or fillers and ditch the carton waste.
We're a collaborative, mission-driven team that cares about clean ingredients, sustainability and great-tasting drinks.
The role
We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow Numilk in the Southeastern U.S. You'll spend most of your week in the field, visiting cafés, coffee shops and foodservice operators, building relationships and bringing new accounts on board.
This is a great fit for someone with a few years of outside sales, B2B sales or account management experience who is ready to own a territory. We'll teach you the product, the equipment and the coffee side of the business.
This role requires living in or near the Atlanta metro area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect cafés, coffee shops and foodservice operators across your territory
- Find and win new accounts, from first conversation to signed customer
- Run product demos and help new cafés get set up
- Keep in touch with current accounts and help them grow
- Track your outreach and deals in our CRM
- Work with our sales, marketing and operations teams to support your customers
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3+ years of outside sales, foodservice sales or field account management experience
- Past work in cafés or coffee shops a plus
- You enjoy being out in the field and meeting people face to face
- You live centrally in the territory
- Organized, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Pay and benefits
- Base salary of $65,000 plus commission. Target earnings of $90,000 to $120,000 per year
- Equity, performance bonuses and paid time off
