How do you become a mid market account executive in Georgia?
Most mid market account executive roles in Georgia require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, combined with prior B2B or SaaS sales experience. Georgia does not issue a state license for this role, so the hiring path typically runs through inside sales, SDR, or account manager positions at Atlanta-area technology or logistics firms. Building experience with CRM tools and demonstrating quota attainment in previous roles is the most reliable path to landing a mid market seat.
How much do mid market account executives make in Georgia?
Mid market account executives in Georgia earn a median of about $75,280 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $36,490 for the lowest 10% to over $158,520 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire mid market account executives in Georgia?
Employers hiring mid market account executives in Georgia right now include Block, Intuit, and Samsara, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Georgia's concentration of fintech, cloud services, and supply chain technology companies means demand for mid market sales talent in the state remains consistent throughout the year.
Which Georgia cities have the most mid market account executive jobs?
Atlanta and Alpharetta have the most mid market account executive openings in Georgia. Atlanta anchors the market as home to major technology and financial services headquarters, while Alpharetta's dense corridor of SaaS and cybersecurity companies drives a strong secondary cluster, and Savannah's growing logistics and port-adjacent technology sector supports additional demand outside the metro.
Are there remote mid market account executive jobs in Georgia?

About 0% of mid market account executive openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how broadly technology and SaaS employers have adopted flexible models. Prospecting, discovery calls, and pipeline management are the tasks most commonly handled fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a mid market account executive in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a sales development representative or inside sales role at one of Atlanta's many SaaS or fintech companies, where you build pipeline skills before moving into a full account executive seat. Companies like NCR Voyix and Global Payments run structured onboarding programs that develop junior sales talent. Completing a Salesforce Administrator certification or a HubSpot Sales certification signals readiness to Georgia employers and gives candidates without a long quota history a concrete differentiator.
