IMPORTANT: WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED
This is a leadership role that requires strong weekend availability.
Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest and most important days of the week. The Studio Director is expected to actively lead the studio during weekends, oversee birthday parties and guest experience, support the team, and maintain operational excellence during high-volume periods.
If you do not enjoy fast-paced weekends, events, team leadership, and customer interaction, this is likely not the right role.
The Role
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and high-performing Executive Studio Director / Operations & Marketing Lead to oversee the daily operations and growth of Sweet & Sassy.
This role is a combination of:

- Studio growth & business development
This is not a typical “manager” position. We are looking for someone who can lead people, create energy within the studio, solve problems quickly, and help build one of the best kids experience brands in Georgia.
You’ll work directly with ownership and play a major role in shaping the future growth of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Sweet & Sassy Experience
- Create a fun, exciting, welcoming atmosphere for kids and families
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and cared for
- Maintain the positive, high-energy Sweet & Sassy environment
- Help create memorable experiences that families talk about and return for
Birthday Party & Event Leadership
- Oversee birthday parties and special events from start to finish
- Ensure parties run smoothly, on schedule, and at a high standard
- Lead the team during busy party weekends
- Help create magical birthday experiences for children and families
- Troubleshoot issues quickly during live events
Team Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members
- Lead stylists, party hosts, front desk staff, and support team members
- Create a strong, positive, team-oriented culture
- Help young employees grow professionally and personally
- Hold team members accountable to expectations and performance standards
Studio Operations
- Oversee salon, spa, retail, and party operations
- Help manage staffing schedules and operational flow
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are maintained
- Keep operations running efficiently during high-volume periods
- Assist ownership with operational improvements and systems
Marketing & Social Media
- Help grow the Sweet & Sassy brand locally
- Assist with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube content
- Capture fun in-studio moments and customer experiences
- Support promotions, events, and local marketing campaigns
- Help increase birthday party bookings and customer engagement
Growth & Leadership
- Work directly with ownership on business growth initiatives
- Help improve customer experience, operations, and team performance
- Assist with implementing modern systems and technology tools
- Participate in strategic discussions and long-term business development
