VacaZon is a luxury vacation rental and property management company in South Florida. We manage beautiful waterfront homes and condos, we renovate and stage them, and we market them to guests and owners around the world. We are growing fast and we are looking for one exceptional person to sit beside the CEO, run our marketing, and keep the day to day moving.
This is not a desk only job. You will be shooting content at gorgeous properties, editing it the same day, posting it, answering guests and owners, and meeting clients on site. If you are the person whose reels actually get views, who answers a message in three minutes, and who already runs half your life through AI, please keep reading.
What you will do
- Create and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, filmed at our properties and edited by you
- Build the content calendar, write the captions, track what performs and repeat what works
- Shoot photo and video on your phone at a high standard, including reels, walkthroughs, and before and after renovation content
- Reply to guest, owner and agent messages across email, WhatsApp and our booking platforms, quickly and in a warm professional voice
- Meet clients, guests, vendors and agents at properties, mainly in Fort Lauderdale
- Monitor property cameras and the inbox on weekends, including Sunday, so nothing sits unanswered
- Support the CEO as a right hand with scheduling, follow ups, checklists, listing updates, and picking work back up on Sunday where we left off Friday
- Use AI tools every single day to move faster, from drafting to research to editing
What we need from you
- A portfolio. Send links to accounts you have grown or content you personally created and edited. No portfolio, no interview
- Real fluency with TikTok and Instagram, not just a personal account. You understand hooks, trends, audio, retention and posting cadence
- Deep daily use of AI, Claude and Perplexity in particular. Tell us how you actually use them
- Excellent spoken and written English, a clear pleasant speaking voice, and comfort on camera and on the phone
- Polished professional appearance and presence, because you will be in front of luxury clients and in our content
- Your own reliable car, a valid license and insurance, and genuine willingness to drive between Miami and Fort Lauderdale several times a week
- Availability on weekends, including Sundays, for camera checks, inbox coverage and catching up on projects
- Organized, fast, and unbothered by a busy phone. You close loops without being asked
A big plus
- An active Florida real estate license. We are a licensed brokerage as well as a management company, and a licensed assistant can do far more with us and earn more
- Real estate, vacation rental, hospitality or property management background
- Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or a property management system such as Guesty
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar editing tools
- A second language, especially Spanish, French, Portuguese or Hebrew
How to apply
Apply here, and then send a WhatsApp message to 786 461 0541 with your name and the words Marketing Indeed, links to your TikTok and Instagram work, and one short voice note under 60 seconds telling us why you are the right person and how you use AI in your work.
Applicants who do not send the WhatsApp message with a portfolio and voice note will not be reviewed. We are hiring immediately.

Marketing Executive Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a marketing executive in Florida?
The most common path to a marketing executive role in Florida is a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications followed by several years of progressively senior marketing experience. Florida does not require a state-issued license to work in marketing, so hiring decisions center on portfolio depth, industry experience, and demonstrated leadership. Candidates who have worked in Florida's dominant sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, and real estate, move into executive roles faster than generalists.
How much do marketing executives make in Florida?
Marketing executives in Florida earn a median of about $142,620 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $78,250 for the lowest 10% to over $261,310 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire marketing executives in Florida?
Employers hiring marketing executives in Florida right now include U-Haul, Cx3 Ads, and Hermès, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's concentration of tourism, healthcare, and consumer brand headquarters means demand for experienced marketing leaders is consistently high across industries, not just during peak hiring seasons.
Which Florida cities have the most marketing executive jobs?
Miami, Hollywood, and Tampa have the most marketing executive openings in Florida. Miami leads because of its dense concentration of consumer brands, international companies, and hospitality firms, while Orlando's tourism and entertainment industry anchors strong demand, and Tampa's growing tech and financial services sector has expanded its need for senior marketing talent.
Are there remote marketing executive jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 50% of marketing executive openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based and strategic nature of the role. Brand strategy, digital campaign management, and content leadership positions are the most likely to be offered on a fully remote or hybrid basis, while roles tied to events, retail, or on-site activations typically require an in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a marketing executive in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a marketing coordinator or specialist role at a Florida employer in hospitality, healthcare, or retail, where you can build campaign and channel expertise quickly. Large Florida employers like AdventHealth and Marriott-affiliated hotel groups run structured early-career marketing programs that develop associates toward managerial tracks. A portfolio showing measurable results, even from internships or freelance projects, carries more weight than tenure, and earning a Google Analytics or HubSpot certification signals hands-on capability to Florida hiring managers.
Where can I find and apply to marketing executive jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to marketing executive jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings updated regularly. Find roles that fit your experience and location, then apply directly to each one. No profile creation is needed to search and apply.
