Enterprise Sales Executive Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become an enterprise sales executive in Georgia?
There is no state-issued license required to work as an enterprise sales executive in Georgia. Most candidates build toward the role by earning a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field, then accumulating several years in quota-carrying roles such as account executive or sales manager. Georgia employers, especially in Atlanta's technology corridor, strongly favor candidates who can demonstrate closed-won experience in complex deal cycles and executive-level engagement.
How much do enterprise sales executives make in Georgia?
Enterprise sales executives in Georgia earn a median of about $82,400 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $47,800 for the lowest 10% to over $150,560 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire enterprise sales executives in Georgia?
Employers hiring enterprise sales executives in Georgia right now include Salesforce, JFrog, and Ketch, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Georgia's dense concentration of fintech, healthcare IT, and enterprise software headquarters in the Atlanta metro means large-company hiring tends to stay consistent regardless of broader market cycles.
Which Georgia cities have the most enterprise sales executive jobs?
Atlanta, Augusta, and Alpharetta have the most enterprise sales executive openings in Georgia. Atlanta dominates due to its concentration of technology, financial services, and media company headquarters, while Alpharetta's established software and cybersecurity corridor generates substantial hiring on its own, and Savannah's growing logistics and port-adjacent industries support regional sales roles tied to supply chain and distribution clients.
Are there remote enterprise sales executive jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. Enterprise sales is inherently relationship-driven but not location-bound, making remote and hybrid arrangements common in the industry. About 63% of enterprise sales executive openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how widely SaaS and technology employers have embraced distributed sales teams. Territory management and virtual executive presentations are the functions most consistently performed remotely.
How can I get hired as an enterprise sales executive in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is landing a sales development representative or inside sales role at one of Atlanta's many SaaS or fintech companies, then building toward enterprise responsibilities through consistent quota attainment. Companies such as NCR Voyix, Global Payments, and mid-stage Atlanta-based SaaS firms regularly promote internally from SDR and account executive roles. Earning a Salesforce certification or completing a formal enterprise sales training program gives early-career candidates a measurable edge in Georgia interviews.
Where can I find and apply to enterprise sales executive jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to enterprise sales executive jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings across Atlanta, Alpharetta, Savannah, and beyond. Search the listings to see roles that match your experience level and target industry, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
