ABOUT US
Recruitics Talent Intelligence and Acquisition Platform unites data, AI, and automation that make modern hiring possible — helping Enterprise organizations predict what’s coming next, attract the right talent, and convert talent anywhere.
We’re big believers in teamwork, curiosity, and doing work that actually makes an impact. If you love solving problems, thinking creatively, and helping companies build amazing teams, you’re going to love it here.
OVERVIEW
This is a senior individual-contributor role for an experienced, quota-carrying seller. You will use a consultative, multi-threaded approach to establish long-term, profitable relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and executive buyers. You bring a working understanding of recruitment media management, but your core strength is selling software — ideally SaaS into the HR and talent acquisition ecosystem — and translating a platform’s capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-cycle platform sales. Manage the entire cycle — from prospecting and first call through discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close — operating independently for a defined vertical or territory.
- Solution selling, not point selling. Position the integrated Recruitics platform — software, managed media, and analytics — as a unified solution rather than a collection of services, mapping capabilities to each client’s talent acquisition strategy.
- Consultative discovery. Investigate each client’s recruitment marketing objectives, hiring challenges, and tech stack; quantify revenue potential and fit; and align our platform to their goals as a trusted advisor.
- Executive engagement. Build and manage relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, RevOps, and C-level stakeholders, multi-threading complex deals through every buying influence.
- Proposals and negotiation. Customize proposals and presentations, lead RFP responses, and negotiate contracts to close — protecting margin while solving the client’s problem.
- Pipeline and forecasting. Build and manage a diversified pipeline in the CRM, maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, and deliver consistent achievement against revenue targets.
- Cross-functional partnership. Partner with SDRs on an ICP-aligned outbound strategy, with Marketing on vertical-specific collateral, and with Client Strategy on case studies and smooth onboarding handoffs.
- Market expertise. Continually deepen your knowledge of the recruitment marketing and HR technology landscape and the competitive field, and represent Recruitics as a credible voice at industry events.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of quota-carrying technology or SaaS sales experience, with a portion selling into HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Sound understanding of the recruitment marketing landscape; experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, or Manufacturing verticals is a plus.
- A demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota (top 10–20% of the company).
- Quota-carrying experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions — ideally into HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting buyers.
- Strong command of a consultative, solution-selling motion across complex, multi-stakeholder deals including C-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished presentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, and a proven ability to leverage technology and web platforms for research and due diligence.
- A team-player mentality with the ability to partner across internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling or managing recruitment media (programmatic job advertising, search, social, or sponsored job campaigns).
- Specialized experience in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Familiarity selling into Direct Employers, Staffing firms, and/or Job Boards, and an understanding of the HR tech stack (ATS, CRM, programmatic platforms).
WHY JOIN US?

Enterprise Sales Executive Jobs in California: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a enterprise sales executive in California?
Most enterprise sales executives in California start with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a technical field aligned to their target industry. There is no state-issued license required for this role. California employers typically promote from inside sales or account management roles, and experience selling to enterprise accounts in the state's dominant sectors, particularly technology and healthcare, is the clearest path to an executive-level position.
How much do enterprise sales executives make in California?
Enterprise sales executives in California earn a median of about $81,140 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $51,200 for the lowest 10% to over $155,150 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire enterprise sales executives in California?
Employers hiring enterprise sales executives in California right now include Paychex, Braze, and Comcast, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. California's concentration of enterprise software, cloud, and life sciences companies means the demand for quota-carrying enterprise sales professionals here is consistently among the highest of any state.
Which California cities have the most enterprise sales executive jobs?
San Francisco, Los Angeles, and California have the most enterprise sales executive openings in California. San Francisco leads because of the Bay Area's density of enterprise software and cloud companies, while Los Angeles reflects demand in media technology and healthcare, and San Diego draws from its strong cybersecurity and biotech employer base.
Are there remote enterprise sales executive jobs in California?
Yes, and more than most fields. Enterprise sales is largely relationship- and phone-driven, making it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 70% of enterprise sales executive openings tied to California are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. Territory management and executive briefings are the parts of the role most likely to still require in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a enterprise sales executive in California with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a business development representative or inside sales role at a California-based technology or SaaS company. Companies like Salesforce and ServiceNow run structured sales development programs that routinely move top performers into enterprise account executive roles. Building experience managing a named-account territory, earning a relevant product certification such as Salesforce Administrator or a cloud vendor credential, and demonstrating consistent quota attainment in a mid-market role are the credentials California enterprise employers value most when evaluating candidates without direct enterprise sales history.
Where can I find and apply to enterprise sales executive jobs in California?
You can find and apply to enterprise sales executive jobs in California on Migrate Mate, which lists current California openings. Find roles that fit your experience and target industry, then apply directly to each one.
