Mid Level Sales Performance Management Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level sales performance management job?
Position yourself around ownership rather than execution. Highlight times you led a quota-setting cycle, redesigned a commission structure, or built reporting that influenced sales leadership decisions. Tailor your resume to show measurable outcomes tied to sales productivity or attainment. Roles at this level want candidates who can work independently, so lead with projects where your judgment shaped the result, not just tasks you completed.
Which companies hire mid level sales performance managements?
Companies hiring mid level sales performance managements right now include Molina Healthcare, Legal & General, and University Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level covers high-growth technology firms, enterprise software companies, and large commercial organizations that run complex, multi-segment sales teams requiring dedicated compensation and performance infrastructure.
Are there remote mid level sales performance management jobs?
Yes, and the share is meaningful. About 60% of mid level sales performance management openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how broadly companies have accepted that compensation modeling, quota analysis, and incentive design work well outside a traditional office. Filter current openings on Migrate Mate by work setting to see which roles fit your preference.
How do I move up to a mid level sales performance management role?
Growth into mid level comes from accumulating ownership, not just time. Early-career practitioners who progress fastest take on end-to-end projects like rebuilding a territory model or launching a new plan cycle, document the business impact, and develop fluency with compensation tools and sales data. Demonstrating that your work influenced quota attainment or reduced plan disputes is what signals readiness for mid level responsibilities.
Which industries hire the most mid level sales performance managements?
Mid Level sales performance management roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Insurance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to run large, structured sales organizations where consistent performance analytics, incentive plan governance, and compensation benchmarking justify a dedicated mid level specialist rather than distributing the work across sales operations generalists.
