Who's Hiring

Sales Route Driver Jobs in Phoenix: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales route driver job in Phoenix?
Focus your search on Phoenix's distribution-heavy corridors along the West Valley and South Mountain areas, where food and beverage wholesalers, consumer goods distributors, and building supply companies hire most actively. Candidates with a clean commercial driving record and hands-on merchandising or route sales experience stand out. Applying directly to regional distribution centers and local wholesale suppliers gives you a stronger edge than broad national job boards.
Which companies hire sales route drivers in Phoenix?
Companies currently hiring sales route drivers in Phoenix include Canteen, Mission Linen Supply, and Vestis, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Phoenix's mix of regional distribution hubs and national logistics operations means openings come from both locally headquartered distributors and large national brands with Southwest service centers.
Are there remote sales route driver jobs in Phoenix?
Remote work is rare for sales route drivers because the role is inherently hands-on, requiring daily in-vehicle route coverage and in-person customer interaction. About 0% of sales route driver openings tied to Phoenix are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and those positions typically involve account coordination or route planning functions rather than physical delivery.
How can I get a sales route driver job in Phoenix with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Phoenix is through helper or delivery associate roles with regional food service or beverage distributors, where companies often promote from within once drivers demonstrate reliability. Phoenix employers in the grocery wholesale and restaurant supply sectors frequently hire candidates with a standard driver's license and upgrade them to commercial routes on the job. A clean driving record and willingness to work early morning shifts are the clearest advantages.
