Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture aligned with business requirements.

- Architect solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce capabilities.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud, where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into business workflows and customer-facing applications.
- Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
- Establish standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and reusable components.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Guide technical teams through solution design, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI technologies to recommend appropriate solutions.
