- Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Service Cloud features
- Should be able to recommend best practices around design and development
- Must be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code, guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices
- Should have hands-on working knowledge of various tools like LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, etc.
- Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application
- Maps the project life cycle with the project manager and manages rollout and post-deliverable strategy
- Experience in planning, estimation, delivery model, customer-facing roles, and effective client interaction skills
Task
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies
- Create technical documentation for the company like user guides, release notes, and design documents
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications
- Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented
- Create custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Support, maintain, and improve the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality
- Create and maintain integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system
- Ensure compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce
Technical Skills
- Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration deployment (CICD) processes
