ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. SAP (FICO) Analyst in Germantown, TN or Atlanta, GA.
Typically, the Sr. FICO Analyst works as a team member in the development of technical or business solutions within their functional area. Under limited supervision, the Sr. FICO Analyst works on projects of average difficulty, usually involving single platforms. The Sr. FICO Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applies principles, concepts, and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies. Interpersonal skills are a key component of the position due to interactions with TK Elevator business resources and service providers for identification of potential solutions. Performance is typically measured by completion of deliverables and/or achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for FICO activities to support the implementation of a large ERP program from project initiation to final operational stage; Activities will include design & documenting, data conversions, configuration, testing, end user training, and reporting progress on activities related to the program
- Review and approve FICO configuration changes and provide documentation as required by the change management process
- Document functional specifications and work closely with ABAP resources to perform thorough testing for system enhancements and corrections during project phases & steady state support
- Provide back-up support for other functional areas and share knowledge with teammates and business representatives
- Work closely with Basis and ABAP resources to maintain custom programs, batch jobs, and security updates
- Develops and maintains one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, acting as a single point of contact
- Conducts risk-based audits of technology systems, evaluates IT risks, tests controls, and helps prepare reports to provide independent assurance of an organization's information security and resilience
- Actively support FICO functionality in SAP as required by the service level agreement
- Comply with application support processes, and ensure FICO requests & incidents for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures
- Engages with business resources, technical resources, and project managers or Project Management Office, to ensure correct products are produced, in a timely fashion
- Contributes to the creation and review of a systems capability strategy which meets the strategic requirements of the business
- Responsible for identifying requirements and specifying business process improvements in systems, data, practices, procedures, organization, and equipment
- Analyzes business processes; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches, typically seeking to exploit technological components
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures and overall information management strategy
- Maintains an awareness of the global needs of the organization, and promotes the benefits that a common approach to IT deployment will bring to business among information systems and business management
- Maintains awareness of opportunities provided by new technology/functionality to address challenges or to enable new ways of working
- Promotes and ensures use of appropriate techniques, methodologies, and tools
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Programming/Systems or Computer Science or another related field. (Or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and implementation of software systems, preferably Manufacturing Industry. Record of accomplishments in integrating and servicing large business
- Broad base of FICO configuration experience including implementations and production support in a manufacturing environment
- Qualified candidates must have 5+ years production support experience including offshore/on-shore staffing models with 10-12 years of overall FICO SAP experience
- FICO sub-module experience to include GL (General Ledger), AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), AM (Asset Management), BL (Bank Accounting), PC (Product Cost), CCA (Cost Center Accounting) at a minimum; PA (Profitability Analysis), PCA (Profit Center Accounting), integrating with BCS (Business Consolidation System), and PS (Project Systems) experience a plus
- Experience with sales tax software interfaces such as Vertex
- Completed multiple successful full-lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experienced with SAP's Solution Manager, Master Data Management (MDM), and GRC tools
- Familiar with integration points to other SAP modules
- Familiar with system tools for creating RICEF items: CATT, LSMW, ABAP Query & Report Writer
- Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration, testing, cutover, and support
- Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex business problems within or across functional areas in SAP
- Experienced with the management of business demands, progress reporting, and status utilizing a service desk ticketing system such as Service Now
- Skilled with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, Visio, and Project
- Experienced with enterprise application configuration and support, IT Service Management concepts and ITIL framework
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating organizational change management initiatives related to modernization of processes and systems
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with service providers and consulting resources to complete projects on time and on budget
- Strong ability to take responsibility and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to simultaneously contribute to multiple projects and works streams; high level of flexibility to accommodate changing priorities
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively collaborate with others at all levels of an organization
- Excellent judgment, strict adherence to confidentiality requirements and the utmost professionalism in all situations
- Ability to work towards department goals while fostering teamwork and a sense of urgency
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, coach, and mentor others effectively
