Directly author and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations, business processes, and technical troubleshooting guides, while establishing standards for the team’s documentation output.
Drive end-to-end change management protocols, safeguarding business continuity through rigorous UAT and formal stakeholder sign-off.
Create test plans and test scripts.
Lead initiatives to improve data quality.
Work with external implementation partners and offshore resources to ensure architectural standards.
Provide mentorship to a team of SAP specialists, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance on best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Education & Experience:

Minimum of 8-years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting delivering high-impact solutions through close partnership with business stakeholders.
Strong ERP knowledge and cross-functional understanding with hands-on experience in related SAP applications/modules like Sales & Distribution, Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, Planning, and Project Systems with an understanding of Financials as an advantage.
Clear understanding of end-to-end integration architecture between S/4HANA and the broader ecosystem, including SAP products (e.g. C4C, AVC, CPQ) and critical third-party solutions (e.g., Avalara, Medius).
Extensive experience with complex system enhancements, and high-priority production support.
Analytical mindset with expertise at troubleshooting historical accumulation issues and implementing long-term structural fixes.
Strong familiarity with SAP cloud offerings and BTP is highly desirable to support the organization’s future-state.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
