Entry Level Senior Brand Designer Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level senior brand designer job?
Focus on a polished portfolio that shows brand systems work, including typography, color, and identity projects, even if they came from coursework, personal projects, or internships. Employers at this level want to see that you can think in brand, not just execute tasks. Tailor each application to show you understand the company's visual identity and can contribute to it from day one.
Which companies hire entry level senior brand designers?
Companies hiring entry level senior brand designers right now include Ralph Lauren, Gemini, and Aircall, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a wide range of employers, from consumer brands and startups building out their creative teams to larger organizations looking for junior talent to grow within their in-house design departments.
Are there remote entry level senior brand designer jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and team structure. About 60% of entry level senior brand designer openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, which gives new designers flexibility while building their careers. On-site roles still represent a meaningful share of postings, particularly at companies that prioritize in-person collaboration for brand and creative work.
Are these new grad senior brand designer jobs?
Yes, many of these listings are new grad friendly and include junior and recent graduate roles alongside entry level postings. A new grad position typically welcomes candidates with zero to two years of experience, counts internships and academic projects toward that threshold, and accepts a strong portfolio in place of full-time work history. Look for postings that list "entry level" or omit a strict years-of-experience requirement.
Which industries hire the most entry level senior brand designers?
Entry Level senior brand designer roles concentrate in Retail, Food & Beverage, and Telecommunications, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors tend to hire at the entry level because they maintain active brand programs, run ongoing campaign work, or are scaling their creative teams and need junior designers who can grow with the organization.
