Entry Level Team Lead, Sales Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level team lead, sales job?
Employers hiring at this level look for candidates who can show early sales results, even from internships, campus roles, or part-time work. Highlight any experience motivating peers, hitting targets, or onboarding new team members. A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and keep a small group accountable often carries more weight than tenure at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level team lead, saless?
Companies hiring entry level team lead, saless right now include Ryder System, Mayo Clinic, and Carilion Clinic, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level covers retailers, financial services firms, and technology companies that build entry level leadership pipelines from within their sales organizations.
Are there remote entry level team lead, sales jobs?
Yes, though on-site roles still make up the majority at this experience level. About 7% of entry level team lead, sales openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, concentrated in industries where sales teams operate digitally and leadership can be exercised through virtual coaching and shared dashboards.
Are these new grad team lead, sales jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles that explicitly welcome candidates with little to no professional experience. A new grad friendly posting typically accepts zero to two years of experience, treats internships and campus leadership as qualifying credentials, and values a strong portfolio or measurable sales results over an extensive work history.
Which industries hire the most entry level team lead, saless?
Entry Level team lead, sales roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive hiring at this level because they rely on high-volume sales teams that need junior leaders to coach new reps and maintain pipeline activity without requiring years of prior management experience.
