Position Summary
The Social Media Content Creator & Brand Ambassador will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, publishing, and analyzing content across multiple social media platforms. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking on camera, promoting products, interviewing customers, visiting job sites, and creating engaging content that attracts homeowners, contractors, architects, and designers.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Appear on camera to showcase products, explain features, and represent the company
- Film showroom tours, product demonstrations, installations, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content
- Create short-form and long-form videos designed to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars
- Edit videos, photos, and promotional content
- Write captions, scripts, and social media posts
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Analyze social media performance and provide monthly reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google platforms
- Visit project sites, customer homes, and trade events to capture content
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 2 years of social media content creation experience
- Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera
- Experience promoting products or services through social media
- Strong video filming and editing skills
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of content strategy and audience engagement
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred
- Experience in home improvement, construction, doors, windows, architecture, or interior design industries
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising
- Photography and videography experience
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
