- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all testing activities
- Validate ITS claims processing across SF, DF, RF flows
- Drive quality metrics, reporting, and release sign-offs
- Collaborate with business, development, and partner teams for E2E validation
- Leading and Mentoring team members
